Calcium ammonium nitrate
Calcium ammonium nitrate
Neutral nitrogen fertiliser. A safety benchmark for nitrogen-rich fertilisers.
The presence of calcium carbonate prevents soil acidification.
Contains equal amounts of ammonium and nitrate forms of nitrogen for extended plant nutrition. Calcium contributes to the development of the root system and increases disease and pest resistance.
Excellent physical and chemical characteristics to facilitate storage and application.
Suitable for all soils and crops (requires embedding into the soil).
Category: Fertilizers
Sub Category: Nitrogen Fertilizers
- Description
Advantages
- Due to calcium carbonate content doesn’t increase soil acidity.
- Contains nitrogen in both ammoniacal and nitric forms in equal parts to provide plant nutrition over a long period of time.
- Calcium contributes to the development of a root system, increases plant resistance to damaging pests and diseases.
- Suitable for all crops and all soil types.
- Easy storage and application due to excellent physicochemical properties.
- Suitable both for straight application and bulk blending.
